Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran over to Stanford Outdoor track. For some irritating reason, Stanford has decided that the general shouldn't be able to run in lane 1-3. To enforce this they put barriers up at the turns that stretched through lanes 1-3. So during the 5k I was running the turns in lane 1 and the straight aways in lane 4. It didn't affect me too much I don't think but it was just frustrating more than anything else. The race itself was very painful and felt awful, in part because by the 2nd lap, I had a huge stitch in my side. Afterwards I felt worse than I had in the 5k and took a nice warm down back home.
