Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
10x400 workout. I was pretty nervous going into it, but it was pretty good all in all. I ran with Jack the whole time, and right behind Noah B for some of them. I was definitely heavy and tired during the pickups, but I wasn't all that aerobically tired after the pickups or the workout as a whole. I think it's because theres such a discrepancy between my early-season speed and my aerobic threshold. The workout was definitely muscularly tiring, but I managed to keep my splits steady for the most part. I finished the workout feeling as though I could have pushed harder on all of them, but you never really know how to approach a brand new workout. Next year, I'll let myself go a bit more in the first half. 'm going to take tomorrow off for the holidays, which is nice because I'll be able to recover form both this workout and from Tico's brutal arm workout.
