Comments:
Half mile repeats at 33:00 10k pace. Rest was equal to amount of time it took to run half mile. 2:37, 2:39, 2:32, 2:38, 2:33, 2:40, 2:28, 2:30. 3 mile cool down. Felt good tonight. Legs feeling it toward the last few repeats. Decided to stay closer to 10k pace rather than hammer down and get closer to 5k pace.
