Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Sahil, Harrison, and Sam. Did the 49th st loop. We decided to continue on Nebraska until Fort Dr, where we turned left and cut back to Chesapeake, taking that back to school. Did the strider progression on the sprint track afterwards. Striders felt good, and I'm excited for tomorrow. During the warmup and before practice, I had a deep aching pain in my left thigh, but it mostly cleared up once we started the run. Hopefully it's just some tightness. I'm also hoping the late departure time tomorrow and the easy run today will allow me to finally get over this cold.
