Comments:
Didn't get very good sleep the two days before today. only had pizza and soda on Friday as part of pep band, not ideal. Felt ready to run today, however. Had the new experience of being JV coach, which was, interesting. my race plan was very basic, race with Noah. First mile was pretty quick, 5:35, although I had no idea. Really started to fell bad in the second mile. couldn't get back into the race. Noah and Daren did really good, so props to them. feel really bad overall with my performance today. it's a pr sure but i could have done much better.
note* according to Tully runners Noah's speed rating increased by 6 and I did the same, compared to the ESM meet.
