Cayuga Heights bike

Went on a bike ride around Cayuga Heights. I am so bad at biking so to me this felt like 10x harder than a run. It was pretty hilly where I was biking around and within the first 10 minutes my legs were already tired and my heart was pumping fast. It probably didn't help that my tire was flat and my kickstand wouldn't go up properly so it dragged along the ground for most of it (its probably time for a new bike). I also kept it in 5th gear the whole time...but i'm not really sure what that means. Overall it was an awful experience and I hope I never have to bike on a real bike again. I don't know how Eric managed to do it across the whole country.
