Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
6x1000 meters in 3:50-3:55 with 400 meter jog recovery between each rep.
10 minutes of core and stretching after last rep and before cooldown.
Report: So I ran the 6 intervals in 3:48, 4:01, 3:57, 3:55, 4:01, and 4:16. I started having some GI issues and cramping pretty bad after the 5th interval so the 6th one was not full strength, just an attempt to finish. I also skipped the core stuff as a result of the cramping. Next time!
