Comments:
This run felt pretty great until about 6 miles in, when my lack of sleep and general fatigue set in and didn't feel so awesome. Hip was feeling ok but not great, especially after I stopped to stretch about .25 miles from home with Lana then jogged back after and my hips felt super tight.
