Monday morning lift.
Didn't do box jumps because of my calf/achilies. Speed squats got it though. Will do something else instead of those this week and maybe next week too.
3xdumbell lunges 10 each leg minute wall sits: 60 lbs
reverse leg hypers, leg swing, military pushup superset: leg hypers were super uncomfortable. not the right machine for them. 10 of everything
5x10 bandsquats: hurt the achilies. I feel like these might not be great for knees/back/other stuff
in place lunge jumps 5x10 each leg
pullup, prison cell pushup superset: 10, 10, 8
