Comments:
After the warmup today I decided it would be better to do the workout on the bike today. Still did the striders and the warmups.
On the bike things felt fine. Can actually notice that my right (uninjured) leg was more tired than the left. So I really need to watch out.
tried to get the heartrate up, after each rep 145, 150, 155, 160
did 3:30 hard, 1:30 rest (running workout was 4x1000 w/200 jog)
5 minute (bike) warmup, 5 minute cooldown. 11.5 miles on the bike
