Comments:
We went all the way up and around the wall, and then had a short fast segment on the way down. I ran with Evy, Dana, Marissa, Ronnie, and Karyn for the most part. Again, this running with people instead of alone is pretty bangin. I think I pushed myself pretty hard on the last two and stayed up with Evy and Marissa. Did 5 long hills total
Lifted this morning (stopped the 3x/week lift and I'm feeling much better) (also kind of taking the weekend off helped a lot too)
