Comments:
Goal pace was 2:28 for the first 2 and 2:21 for the last 4.The work out wasn't hard but my leg felt pretty bad. The inside felt again like it was being pulled and my achillies on the same leg still hurts from racing in spikes for the first time. My leg has been bothering me for almost 3 weeks, so my dad wants me to go see a PT.
