Comments:
1.2 mile warmup with an 18 minute tempo. Splits were 5:42,6:17, and 6:03. After I realized I went out too hard, I relaxed my stride a little, and pushed the last two minutes in, so it should've been around 5:30 pace. 1.2 mile cool down and core afterwards.
