Comments:
while sitting in 8th period today I saw a torrential rain of leaves outside the window, and began to get excited. but alas, I didn't catch any leaves, though I came close a couple times.
OK now that I've talked about the important stuff, on to the actual workout. I started out with 2 short hard hills, and then was tricked into doing two more short hills at a jog. Then after that I did 4 long hills at a jog. I really can't imagine doing those at a sprint honestly, though I have in the past. It was tough just jogging it. had a coughing fit that turned into asthma at the top of the last hill and another coughing fit while jogging back. also, I saw a woman walking a scooter, which might have been the toughest part of the day. If you're not going to ride it, I will.
