Comments:
I briskly ran Blair plus a mile extension with Jay. We were going to run with Griffin, Nigel and some others, but he said, "Guys, we're basically walking," and then sped off, with me following him. There was a stunning view from highest point of the run with low hanging clouds and deep green hills. Furthermore, I felt better as the run went on. Sarah led some donkey kicks, T-stretches, fire hydrants, clams, and backwards lunges. 1-minute six inches, flutter kicks, 1:30 planks, 2x15 pushups. With a document analysis looming, I had to miss the track BBQ.
