Comments:
Today wasn't to bad. It was definitely not as cold as I thought it was going to be but I was almost more properly dressed for the weather! I don't think training in this weather will be bad I just need to get the proper gear! Todays run was much better than yesterdays run and I was able to double my distance. I still am not going very fast but the terrain is not what I am use to. I can already feel tweeks in the front and the back of my knees from running on the hills.
