Comments:
Better than last week. Still had to stop and stretch anterior tibialis about 1.5 miles in (right before exiting Burgess Field), but made it all the way through after that. By next week should be able to do the whole thing without a stop (and maybe start from the lab instead of Walton Well Rd, to make it more like 5.5)
