Comments:
Difficult first day. Went to Pike's Island to do a tempo run. Warmed up with the team. Supposed to do two loops (10k), but only did one (5k). My left quad really hurt and I was a little out of breath. Cool down went okay. Did abs when we got back to Augsburg.
