Comments:
The usual routine except with additional reps and some higher weight for most things.
Three of everything:
Box steps: 10
Squats: 7, but with 50 pounds
Military press: 17.5
Tricep overhead press: 17.5 as well
11 Glute raises
Three sets of hamstring curls, tibialis machine, and calf raises
10 back extensions
Pull-ups: 5 (3 on last set)
