Comments:
Great run this morning into the mountain side of new York. It was pleasantly warm and peaceful as the amount of people I saw was minimal! It was my third run so far this month. Hitting 3/5 days. I should have ran yesterday but I did not and I must run tomorrow to continue the start of this month.
The half marathon is in 26 days and since today was my longest run since returning from the summer I have some work todo. I did 5.08 miles today on a hilly coarse and tried not to dog the hills to much.
