Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Its been a the start of a good month. My mile times are not that great but I am increasing my ability a little more with each run. I am smoking a lot more cigarettes than I would like to be and I will have to cut down when I get to florida. I need motivation to quit and I need to keep think thinking about how much faster I could run, how much more money I would have.
It has been four of six days and I look forward to tomorrows run!
