Comments:
We got driven out to the dog park and did our workout from there. Goal pace was 3:50 with the last one all out. My leg felt funny as usual and I was breathing pretty hard. Mentally, I was definitely not with it during the workout and was struggling to push myself even during the first one. During the last one I just focused on trying to close the gap between me and Lizzy because that's what I need to start doing in races if we want to do well as a team. The girls did a 2 mile cool down but I only did Boynton mile when we got back to the school.
