Comments:
First run back with the girls and I am so excited (even if it was just me, Amy, Lizzy, and Zoe). I haven't run with them in what feels like forever so it feels good to be back with them and not on a bike. My leg was pretty tight for the first mile and then loosened up and then got super tight again in the last mile which I have been noticing usually happens. Booked a PT appointment for next Wednesday but then apparently it got cancelled so we had to rebook it for next next week unless they can figure out what happened... Did abs, drills, and strides after.
