Comments:
After 5 shorter runs 7 days it was time to step up the mileage. I added two miles to my average run and was out there for 1:08 minutes. The times are a bit slow but the workouts have been very hilly and I have been trying to keep good form up the hills. I am hoping that once I return to florida my stride will be nice and crisp from doing these hills. Todays workout was particularly tough, the hill at the beginning was incredibly tough and I didn't think it was going to end.
