Comments:
Lift while the softball team was doin their thing. Which was kind of awkward but its good.
Lift after the workout today. 4 hours of sleep again wtf it was still a really good lift/workout
dead lifts 3x8: 95, 95, 105
cleans 3x8: all 95 (forearms were the limiting factor here.
Squats 3x10: 115, 125, 135 (felt so good)
dumbell lunges, box jumps 3x10 each leg, 50 lbs, box jumps were so clean and quiet.
pullup burpee superset: 10, 10, 10
