I woke up early to run Gale with an inserted extension as a far as Blair before turning back to continue the loop. I had breakfast a Goodrich afterwards: banana, everything bagel with peanut butter and not one, but two Nantucket nectars. Classic lemonade, and pomegranate-pear if you're still reading.
Pete passed me on his bike AND I caught a leaf!
