MLK tempo

Comments:
practice after first day of classes. warm up to mlk then 4 mile tempo down and back. group 1 and 2 ran together. kinda drifted back after 2.5 mile, but Cromer and Link helped me pack up to the pack. felt good in the beginning though. then 3 300 on track. abs and iced afterwards. ice bath was too full. 37 bp15sec after workout. resting was 15 about 4 hours later. will remember to record more.
