Comments:
Fartlek with WTC, I didn't do a great job of documenting but 4 min on 2 off 3 min on 2 off 30 sec on 90 off 30 sec on 90 sec off 4 min on 2 min off 30 sec on 90 off 30 on. Since it was a little shorter I made sure to go with the front guys.
