Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Anthony had to talk for a long time today about Salesianum vs Flint hill logistics, so we were dismissed by grade. After standing dynamics (4:50), we went off. Anthony ran with the underclassmen boys at a really easy pace down Nebraska to BK. There we saw both NCS/STA and Burke, which was fun. Many people turned back, and Jack, Jacob, Gabe, Alex, and I continued on the trails, taking the transversal to Glover. I actually twisted my ankle on Nebraska, so I stopped for a few minutes there to massage it. It didn't hurt any more running on it than it did when there was no pressure on it, so I went a head and continued. By BK, it was barely noticeable, so I kept going. Afterwards, however, my ankle started to become really tender and sore, to a point that I could barely walk on it. I'll ice it and cross train tomorrow. Stupid of me to do trails, but it was a fun run. Also, happy birthday Alex!
