Ankle's sprained. I probably shouldn't race Saturday, and I can't run all week. I got to take my anger out on the bike by replicating the BK hill workout. Anthony told me to do the hill program on the bike, but I had not idea how many hills there were and the resistance was in a weird mountain shape--appearing like a hill but not actually replicating ascending one if you think about it. So instead I made my own workout: 8x 3min pickups at 8 resitance with 1.5min cooldown at 3 resistance. After 4 pickups, 3min cooldown. I did a 12-minute warmup and a 10 minute cooldown. The pickups were way too long, but there are worse crimes, I'm told. The workout was surprisingly brutal, and I didn't feel like I missed anything (besides running outside with the team, of course).
