Comments:
Decent track workout today. Didn't feel super great, really tiring week/day. But no better way to end the week than with 6x200 meters!!! Mad fun workout except it hurt like a bitch. Well the last 2 maybe but I hit the wall hard. I wanted that 27 but I couldn't quite get it. I think the second to last interval was 27 but my thumb slipped and I clocked it at 28.2
Anyway, here are the approximate splits:
