Comments:
It was a good vacation running in the fall mountains was fantastic and just what I needed to get myself motivated. Not only to run but to have a successful move and to be ready to relocate in top shape physically and finically . Today was just an easy 5 miles to end the week and end the vacation. We have some work to-do when I get back to Florida but this has been a good base building session
