300's (x3)-1 mi
jog to veale-1 mi

felt better but I still don't feel good. at the end of the tempo I kicked it in gear to finish strong. I think I finished too strong, I shouldn't have had that much left in me. I'm wondering if I can run faster than I have been, but in 3 years off running competitively I've forgotten how to push my limits... How absurd. I will be working on this.
