Comments:
Today was ROUGH. We did 400, 400, 500 with 2' rest, then one mile at 6:30-6:40 and two at 6:45. After that we did 400, 400, 500 again.
The 400s and 500s were supposed to be around 88sec and we were a little fast. We hit the first mile in 6:28. Second mile 6:45, third 6:23 (it felt so hard and I thought I was just falling off but apparently we were pushing it way too hard).
