Comments:
Today was a tough one...basically mile repeats. We did a split tempo but I was in the short group so we just did three miles individually with 1-2 minute rest in between. We were supposed to be 6:15 and hit 6:14, 6:14, 6:13. Then we ran to the track and did 300s but practicing getting out hard at the start.
Lift in the morning, abs and stretching and ice bath.
