Comments:
Today was LONG. I'm so sore and tired. Warmed up too much because of some miscommunication. But it worked out.
We did 800, 1000, 1000, 1200, 1000, 1000, 800. One minute between each and 2 after the 1200. Goal paces were 3:15-3:20, 4:05-4:10, and 4:55. We were going up and down south park so some segments were uphill and slow and others were downhill and fast. Isa and I were pretty bad at pacing and I felt pretty tired the whole time but apparently we were where we needed to be or faster (for the most part)
