Comments:
Ran up Remington and it just felt like my legs weren't connected to my body as I couldn't feel them. It didn't feel bad, just different. Continued with the girls to Oakcrest, then turned around and went back the way that we came with Emma because they were doing 6 and we were doing 5. The girls started new lifting today, but I need to rebuild my base again. Did my first set of squats in a month and it didn't bother my leg. The weights were all probably a bit too light so I'll go up next time. I only managed to do a single dip so that was definitely the hardest part for me. Other than the workout tomorrow, I am really looking forward to hills on Thursday. Hills are my fav.
