Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We added a new lifting today with higher intensity. And in between sets there would be another exercise that you would have to do like push-ups in between bench press. My legs were very sore yesterday and even worse today so I talked to coach and we though that I shouldn't do lower body stuff. We didn't want to push it or strain anything I can always catch up on the lifting. The upper body stuff I pushed myself pretty hard in the bench I was doing 35 on each side and I was doing 35 in each hand for the overhead press. I rolled while everyone else did the lower body lifting. After that we went back out to do the run. We decided to do a dog park so we could keep it flat. We started out a little easier but the pace got progressively quicker as the run went on. Cole was feeling really sore though so he dropped back for the entire run. Me Silas Ian and Ronan were together for the second half of the run Neil fell back for some reason I don't know why. We were going fast but we tried to keep it conversational and we were talking the whole rest of the way. When we got back we did drills and strides then a good core circle. Me and Liam talked for a little bit after the core. I did some more rolling later at night.
