I got back to florida on Sunday and this was the first day that I ran. I took three days off. I am still hitting .500 for the month, just a day shy of the half way point. October has potential to be a decent month but I can't be taking three four days in a row off. I need drink water, eat food and stretch. And do something about this aching back!

I have 37 miles for the month and only 6 for the week. I do another 6 tomorrow evening, 7 on Friday morning and sneak in 5 miles somewhere on Saturday that will give me around 25 miles for the week. And then I will need to follow that up with the start of a good week next week! I get a lot of work in early so I can be in good form for the half marathon on October 31st. This is going to be the start. I will have all of November to train hard to be ready for the next race in December!
