Did the famed 6x10 squat sets
first were 4 sets of cleans 5, 4, 4, 4: 95, 115, 115, 115
6x10 squats: 115, 115, 125, 125, 135, 145
Probably could have increased the weight on these faster. 10 warmup and cooldown at 95
inclined dumbell bench press 5x10 @ 35 lbs each also probably could have increased the weight a bit here
4x pullup/dip superset: 10/9, 9/8, 9/8, 7/5
