Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a nice run walk thingy in the morning. 12 minutes running and 2 minutes of walking, 3 times. Ran from the beach house to the board walk and back. I had eaten a huge thing of chocolate chip pancakes that morning so running was an effort. It felt good, some pain, but over all good.
