Comments:
I ran to AU (1.25 milesish), stretched some and walked some, ran a mile on the track, stretched some and walked some, ran back to GDS (1.25) taking a walking break half way (Thea fell and refused to stop running, but I got her to take a short walking break), because of the falling the run back was aggravatingly slow so I then tempo-ed around the block (.6). Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuning. Its great.
