Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
No lifting today we are just using today for recovery. I would've been fine either way I'm not too sore from lifting the first time but I was yesterday we'll just do it on Friday along with the workout. Today's run was nice and easy a great shakeout run from yesterday my legs are still pretty stiff and tired but this run helped. We started a little fast(wasn't that fast but we had to keep the run easy) cause Silas was working on cadence again. My arms felt pretty relaxed during the first half which was good. We kept the trails part really easy. Once we got to the downhill that leads past those apartments into that right turn to college town at the top I found my arm form again. It felt so good and relaxed and keeping my arms tight to my sides felt easy I just lowered my arms a little and had a smaller range of motion before I was trying to do too much also I move my wrists parallel with my hips each time. I was so pumped. I kept it for the rest of the run I can't loose this form. We got back and did hurdles and core.
