ahhh.
amazing day!
I felt SO much better today than I have for a while!
it was warm enough that I broke a sweat, but not so warm that I felt sick.
I loved it.
We took an easy 2 minutes then went into the 12321
and the 3 minute hard/easy was definetly our best, which was good..our last minute got competitive and we booked it!
And I worked verrrry hard on not just shuffling along..we didnt jog, we kept a good pace.
it was an amazing workout.
I felt fresh.
I felt great!

cant wait for tomorrow pratice then eagle island thursday then whatever friday then THE MEET:D

goal-beat last years time at jimmy driscoll AND districts..cause just beating jimmy dricscolls would be way to easy since i got 29:45.
haha.
