Thought I was going to have to just take today off and run Sunday, but an elliptical opened up just in time for me to do 30 minutes (I had to leave early). On any other day, that wold be far too short, but it's Thursday, so it's okay. I had to cross train because I tripped in the forum yesterday and my ankle's bothering me again. I wore my brace, and plan on icing it. I'll probably cross train tomorrow as well, and then hopefully I'll be able to race, maybe even without the brace--we'll se how the footing is.
