Comments:
So happy to do an actual steady--they've all been either cross train, workout, or easy days for the past two weeks. Ran down to the Willard Ave park, where we did drills. Ran from there with Noah K, Noah B, and Jack, south on the CCT (so as to avoid the owl attacking people on the stretch of trail north of River), and then up Loughborough and back to school. The run felt good, besides a little ankle soreness after Loughborough hill. The hill itself felt fine, probably because of the easy pace. Noah B also predicted the time down to the second (that time isn't rounded), which is impressive, even though he just predicted a standard run length.
