I didn't feel fantastic, but overall it was a great run for me. I was tired but I kept myself going fast (for me) and strong.

I did the 2 minutes easy, 10 minutes hard, 5 minutes recovery, 10 minutes hard thing. And I didn't have a watch person with me so I just kept the same pace until I got back.

By the way, I totally loved running on those trails. It was refreshing to have somewhere different. And it always makes it easier for me to breathe when we run in places like that.
