Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
The run started quick I think Neil had us at like 6:50 pace for the first mile and a half. I was trying to get everyone to settle down a little. Silas was working on his cadence again pushing the pace a little bit. We slowed it down a little bit behind Wegmans near the jungle. We kept a consistent pace for there along the trail to wind wings but once we got back on spencer rd the pace got quick again mainly because we were trying to catch leave that were falling. We got back early and we did drills strides and a stretching circle. Some of the muscles surrounding my shins have been sore especially earlier this morning. Also I have this pain in my left ankle when I'm walking it's just more nagging than hurting. Hyped to be professor oak tomorrow #blessed
