Comments:
Paced Ryan in the first and third laps of his mile trial today. Unfortunately it didn't work out for him. I can relate to that. He's not finished yet.
Did a warm up 400 to make sure I was on pace. Those three: 68, 70, 73 (he was falling off)
formal bounds and strides before the real workout. splits: 68, 67, 68, 65
Felt pretty good.
