Comments:
Ran with Ian Silas Neil and Cole. Kieran had a sad lesson and the rest of the guys were at the meet. I made sure all the guys did some warmup laps before hand even though all of them wanted to get to just lifting. We lifted and I finally got to do the full lifting plan with lower body and everything it felt good and I raised my overhead press to 80lbs. Then we went out and did our first section of the run. We went out through Stewart to the lighthouse then back past highway Hifi through fall creek to the commons and back to ihs. For the last 2 miles or so it slowly started raining then all of a sudden it started pouring on us. And that rain turned to hair. We were getting pelted out there and soaked so we flew back to the high school and waited inside for a little but my shoes and socks were soaked. After all that we headed out to the cemetery for some hills. They all felt pretty good none of them felt any harder it's lift after each recovery my body fatigue reset. The last 3 I pushed a little. I tried to work on form up the hill and I think it worked. We jogged all the way back down each time so it added to a little over 1.7 miles for recovery. Drills and strides when I got back.
